Born and raised in Calgary, AB, Judy moved to Toronto as a teenager. She earned a Master of Divinity degree from Wycliffe College and a Master of Theology degree from Trinity College. She was ordained in 1985 in the Diocese of Toronto and served three parishes as Rector and was the first female Vicar of St James’ Cathedral in Toronto. She earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Homiletics in Chicago, and was appointed the George Snell Lecturer in Homiletics at Trinity College.
Judy was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee medal in 2002 for long-time service to the city of Toronto, and in 2014, was named one of 100 most powerful women in Canada.
She was appointed CEO and Executive Director of the Anglican Foundation of Canada in 2011 and travels widely throughout the country as its emissary.
Will Postma

Will Postma is the Executive Director of The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF), the humanitarian and development arm of the Anglican Church of Canada.
Will’s international experience includes serving as Director of Programs and subsequently as Vice President of Programs and Global Partnerships at Save the Children Canada. Working with World Vision Canada and with CARE International managing programs and working with team members and other consortia members invested in quality health, education and income generation programs. Will spent time with his family learning from people and partners in Mali, Niger, Bangladesh and Tanzania.
Will has published papers and other learning materials on Participatory Development, Capacity Building and Results Based Management. He has carried out primary research on state and civil society dynamics in West Africa and has taught, led and facilitated class work in secondary school, college and university settings.
Will’s work with PWRDF is to ensure oversight of operations, programs and finance to ensure the most effective means of program delivery and working closely with supporters from across Canada fulfilling PWRDF’s vision of working towards a truly just, healthy and peaceful world.
